GXO is seeking a Transport Team Leader for the busy B&Q site in Swindon. You will be responsible for leading the transport operation, planning, and people management on an any 5 from 7 shift pattern, with hours 14:00 – 22:00.

The role is full-time and permanent, offering a salary up to £31,277.35 per annum plus benefits, including 25 days leave, pension, dental insurance, life assurance, and GXO University learning opportunities.

• Experience in a complex transport environment.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to lead by example.

Responsabilités

• Lead and work as a team to deliver operational performance and maintain site systems and processes.
• Plan and run the operation efficiently, managing core drivers, agency and support staff.
• Support the Transport Shift Manager to ensure KPIs meet targets.
• Collaborate with the management team to optimise performance and build positive relationships.
