DHL Supply Chain in Southampton is seeking a Transport Shift Manager to lead daily transport operations. You will manage crews, ensure compliance, run briefings and drive performance within OMS guidelines. The role requires hands-on leadership, fleet experience and a proactive approach to safety and service delivery.

Formación

• Experience in transport and fleet management.
• Proven management and people leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams and drivers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily transport operations and ensure efficient, customer-focused service.
• Manage driver and agency crew performance and issues per policies.
• Conduct shift briefs and ensure compliance with CoE standards and safety checks.
• Schedule and conduct regular 1-2-1s with direct reports per OMS guidelines.
• Monitor driver performance and conduct via telematics to address discrepancies.
• Ensure accident/investigation packs are completed for next-level review.
