Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the transport team to achieve OGSM targets.
• Drive operational excellence through KPI management and reviews.
• Manage performance, development plans, and employee relations.
• Champion health and safety and lead investigations.
• Ensure legal and audit compliance across shifts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance.
• Act as escalation point for farm services issues.
• Promote MMID behaviours and succession planning.
• Lead in meeting DTAS best practices.
