Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Transport Service Coordinator in Beighton to manage daily service delivery, allocate work to vehicles and communicate with customers and drivers. The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a 15% annual performance bonus and Veolia benefits.

You will ensure transport compliance, coordinate with drivers and stakeholders, and support safe, efficient routes while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Understanding of transport compliance and WTD.
• Good communication with drivers, frontline staff and customers.
• Ability to organise a busy workload at a fast pace.
• Experience with ISO quality management systems.
• IT skills and adaptability to Google operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of service delivery, including dynamic allocation of work to vehicles/routes.
• Communicating with customers and stakeholders, providing status updates and driver liaison.
• Completing debriefs with front line staff and reporting necessary actions.
• Face-to-face engagement with drivers to address on-route issues.
• Reporting safety concerns or damages and stopping unsafe operations as needed.
• Ensuring Veolia compliance on-site (WTD, O'Licence and transport compliance).
