This is a day based role Monday - Friday, weekends are required on a rotating pattern


Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer requirements.
  • Organize the movement of goods from factories.
  • Coordinate customer deliveries, factory clearances, raw material collections, pallet collections, and pallet deliveries.
  • Plan all internal and external movements involving the core fleet and third-party logistics (3PL).
  • Ensure efficient use of available driver numbers.
  • Regular interaction with Network Management Team and internal/external teams

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with transport planning systems.
  • Preferable experience and understanding of international transportation movements.
  • Ability to understand detailed information and its impact on the broader picture.
  • Proven leadership, communication, influencing, and analytical skills, along with effective stakeholder management both internally and externally daily.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and effectively prioritize workload.
  • Highly numerate, with the ability to accurately work with numeric data, handle large datasets, and possess strong skills in analysing and validating data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, a general flair for IT, and exposure to SAP.
