Qualifications

• Experience in a Transport Planner or similar operational role.
• Strong knowledge of UK geography for effective route planning.
• Familiarity with Driver hours regulations (WTD) is essential.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and a transport planning tool.

Responsibilities

• Provide final route plans to the warehouse on time to enable picking.
• Ensure compliance with Driver hours regulations.
• Monitor driver progress, update customers as required.
• Manage subcontractor costs in line with agreed rates and resolve queries promptly.
