Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is looking for a Transport Planner to join their Minworth site on a permanent full-time basis. The role involves overseeing the transport operation's daily planning in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, possess strong transport planning expertise, and thrive under pressure. The position offers a salary of £30,690 annually plus benefits including 28 days annual leave, life assurance, and wellness programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day planning of the transport operation.
• Subcontract and plan orders out of multiple warehouse facilities.
• Plan daily workload for fleet vehicles based on site.
• Deal with queries and issues from customers and subcontractors.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases for reports.
• Report problems and deal with arising issues.
