We are currently looking for a Transport Planner (Maternity Cover) to join our fantastic team at Tarmac Birtley in Birtley, Chester-le-Street, Co Durham. This position is a fixed term contract for 12 months providing maternity cover. As well as Birtley and Chester-le-Street, this role is commutable from Gateshead, Newcastle upon Tyne, Consett, Durham, Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Hartlepool, Darlington, South Shields, Wallsend, Longbenton and the surrounding areas.
In the role of Transport Planner you will be working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday starting at 7:30am with 1 hour lunch. Following successful completion of training you will have the option for hybrid working, meaning you can work part of your week at home.
