Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Transport Planner in Stoke-on-Trent to design routes, allocate vehicles and oversee driver resources to meet deadlines. The role requires experience in transport planning and a strong customer service focus.

Applicants should have logistics sector experience, proficiency with Excel, and good communication skills. Paragon experience is a plus, with a proactive approach to KPI and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Transport planning experience desired.
• Transport experience in a Supply Chain or Logistics environment is essential.
• Computer literacy including Excel.
• Experience using Paragon (Desirable).
• Good critical thinking skills.
• Able to communicate at all levels, internally and externally.

Grade: O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, Rotating, 0600 - 1400, 0700 - 1500 & 1300 - 2100.
Location: Stoke on Trent, ST4
