Job summary

WR Logistics in Trafford Park is seeking an experienced Transport Planner to join its busy transport team. You will coordinate export trailers and multi-drop collections, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient operations.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with holiday shifts (early and late) and occasional Saturday mornings paid as overtime. You will receive 30 days of annual leave, rising to 35 with length of service, and full training on internal systems.

Salary: 29,000 - 34,000 per annum

Our client, an established logistics company based in Trafford Park, is looking for an experienced Transport Planner to join its busy transport team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and solutions-focused professional with UK transport planning experience. You will coordinate export trailers and multi-drop collection and delivery operations, ensuring services run efficiently and customers receive their deliveries on time.

Working Hours

Your standard working hours will be:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Holiday shift cover: Early shift, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
• Holiday shift cover: Late shift, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
• Occasional Saturday mornings: Paid as overtime in addition to salary

Annual Leave

You will receive 30 days of annual leave, including bank holidays. This increases with length of service up to a maximum of 35 days.
