About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Transport Planner to join our dynamic team based in Fradley. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient planning and execution of transport operations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and optimise transport routes to ensure cost-effective and efficient delivery schedules.
  • Monitor and manage the daily transport operations, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure compliance with schedules and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with customers to provide updates on delivery schedules and address any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records, including transport schedules, driver hours, and vehicle maintenance logs.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and transport legislation.
  • Identify opportunities for improving transport efficiency and implement best practices.
