Musgrave is seeking a Transport Line Manager for its on-site operations in Belfast. You will plan and direct daily transport activities, lead a team, and ensure compliance with transport legislation and quality standards.

You will manage budgets, report KPIs to senior management, and drive continuous improvement of transport processes while upholding safety and health standards across the operation.

Competenze

• Excellent communication and people-management skills are essential.
• Strong numeracy with budgeting and KPI reporting to senior management.
• Advanced MS Office suite skills and data interpretation capability.
• Experience managing a large transport team in a fast-moving operation.
• Knowledge of tachograph, Digi card, fleet management and H&S/HACCP rules.
