Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this post.
• Enhanced DBS background check is required for appointment.
• Experience in coordinating transport operations or similar would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Officer with day-to-day operational duties for safe, reliable transport.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, MOTs, repairs and breakdown support with Fleet Management and contractors.
• Respond to transport requests from colleagues and customers to ensure service delivery.
• Stay calm and adaptable when handling operational setbacks and changes.
