Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced transport administrator for an immediate start in Elland. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and supporting site operations to maintain compliant transport activities.

You'll work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with overtime as required. We offer PAYE pay, 28 days holiday, and avenues for career development through training programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a transport office with knowledge of drivers hours and regulations.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and admin skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ensuring safe and professional operations in line with client standards.
• Support site management with inventory, financial, health & safety and transport.
• Liaise with workshop and customer service teams to route and use vehicles.
• Liaising with customers and engineers to resolve delivery issues.
• Reporting driver feedback data.
• Outdoor site safety checks and compliance checks.
