Job summary

Enva is seeking a Transport coordinator/Admin to join our Transport team in Colwick on a fixed-term full-time basis. You will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily transport operations, coordinating with drivers, planners and customers.

The role requires strong organisation, clear communication, and accuracy in maintaining transport records, with positive teamwork and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience.
• Proven ability to organise and prioritise tasks.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Transport and Operations teams.
• Assist with planning and coordination of vehicle movements, collections and deliveries.
• Liaise with drivers regarding jobs, changes, delays and customer requirements.
• Monitor transport schedules and assist with reallocating work when required.
• Update transport systems with accurate job information.
• Ensure completed jobs are correctly recorded and paperwork is processed.
• Assist with PODs, delivery notes, collection records and other transport documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of completed and outstanding work.
• Assist the Transport Manager with daily transport reports and KPIs.
• Communicate changes and customer requirements to drivers.
• Support the planning team with Skip, RORO and Trade Waste operations.
