Job summary

Booker is hiring a Transport Operations Clerk to oversee the administration of the Transport department and support warehouse activities. You will handle driver paperwork, assist with route departures and tachograph reports, and help resolve on‑the‑day challenges.

Shift pattern is Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00. Experience with HGV drivers or a similar role is preferred, but transferable skills will be considered. This role sits within Booker's UK transport operations team.

Qualifications

• Experience with HGV drivers or within a similar transport role would be ideal.
• Willingness to transfer existing skills to a transport operations function.

Responsibilities

• Give drivers their paperwork and support route departures.
• Gather Tachograph reports and debrief drivers as required.
• Assist with daily transport tasks and handle challenges as they arise.
