Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a Transport Operations Clerk to support the Transport department and warehouse administration. Your duties will adapt daily, including providing paperwork to drivers, assisting with route departures, and collecting Tachograph reports. You will be a key member of the Transport Operations Team.

The role emphasizes flexibility and collaboration to resolve issues that arise on busy days, with a shift pattern Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00.

Qualifications

• Experience with HGV drivers or within a transport role is ideal but transferable skills will be considered.
• Candidates should be flexible and able to adapt to changing daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Transport department and support warehouse administration as required.
• Give drivers paperwork and assist with route departures.
• Collect Tachograph reports and debrief drivers as needed.
• Provide proactive support to tackle transport-related challenges as they arise.
