This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced industry professionals while gaining a nationally recognised Level 3 Transport Operations Supervisor qualification.
Working alongside and being mentored by our Group Fleet & Maintenance Manager & the wider Transport Team, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience across all aspects of fleet and transport operations, helping to keep our diverse fleet safe, compliant and operating efficiently.
Monday to Friday
08:00-16:30. 40 hours per week. Hours may be adjusted to 07:00-15:30 following relevant training.
As our Transport Operations Apprentice, you'll receive structured training whilst supporting the day-to-day operation of our fleet. Duties will include:
As part of your development, you will also work towards gaining your Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (Manager CPC). This highly respected industry qualification is a key requirement for Transport Managers and will provide you with an excellent foundation for a long-term career in transport management.
No previous transport experience is necessary - we're looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.
You will complete the Level 3 Transport Operations Supervisor Apprenticeship whilst working full-time within the business.
