Job summary

DX in Cannock is offering an Urban Driver Apprentice position on an 8-month programme. You’ll train toward a Category C1 (7.5t) licence and Driver CPC, while gaining hands-on experience in the logistics and transport industry.

Successful apprentices may move into a full-time driving role on completion, with paid work while you learn, mentor support, and clear paths for progression into operational driving and logistics careers.

Qualifications

• Aged 18+.
• Full UK Category B licence.
• Minimum 12 months driving experience.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, organised and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on driving experience in logistics and transport.
• Train towards Category C1 (7.5t) licence and Driver CPC qualification.
• Progress into a full-time driving role upon completion.
• Support general delivery and depot operations as part of the apprenticeship.
