Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in drivers' hours regulations and Working Time Directive requirements.
• Calm and professional under pressure; able to multitask.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Excellent communication with drivers, customers and planners.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day transport operation and ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Provide administrative support in line with transport policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Transport Management team and planning staff.
• Maintain transport documentation and communicate delays or issues.
• Monitor driver hours and tachographs; ensure WTD compliance.
• Act as a contact for customer enquiries and schedule changes.
• Use Transport Management Systems to manage activities.
