Job summary

Musgrave Group is hiring for a Transport Operational Support to join our team in the UK. The role supports warehouse transport scheduling, handles queries from customers and drivers, and performs planning duties within the transport office.

Key tasks include KPI data input, MPG fuel monitoring, and fleet maintenance management. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel/Outlook skills and knowledge of warehouse operations, with flexibility for shift work.

Qualifications

• Good geographical knowledge.
• Good working knowledge of SCM (or equivalent WMS).
• Good knowledge of transport operations.
• Competent in Outlook & Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide transport support to the warehouse and to the transport schedule.
• Deal with customer & driver queries.
• Undertake other duties within the Transport office / planning function as required.
• Organising and managing specific elements of the planning function daily.
• Accurate data input for use in compilation of KPI reports.
• Fuel monitoring on MPG file and/or MCS system.
• Management of scheduled maintenance for fleet.
• Willingness to substitute for development.
• Any other duties as and when required.
• Shift work is a requirement with Saturday work included 5 out of 7 on a rotational basis.
