Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Transport Supervisor to lead the Clicklink Network Team in Northampton, with travel to Swadlincote and other national depots. The role focuses on coordinating activity across a fast-paced operation and developing transport knowledge as needed.

The position is full-time with a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern and 12-hour shifts. Flexible to support operation needs, salary up to £33,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory, team leader, FLM, or operational leadership role is essential.
• Background in warehousing, logistics, transport, distribution, or another fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and working with performance data.
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and support sites to meet customer service and operational targets.
• Identify issues, investigate trends, and drive effective resolutions.
• Analyse operational and financial data to support performance improvements.
• Coordinate communication and reporting between multiple sites and stakeholders.
• Manage compliance activities, PCN reporting, and asset control processes.
