GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Transport Supervisor to join the Clicklink Network Team in Northampton, with travel to Swadlincote and other national depots. The role focuses on leadership across a fast-paced operation, problem solving, performance analysis, and stakeholder coordination.

The position is a full-time permanent role on a 4 on, 4 off, 12-hour shift pattern. Salary up to £33,000 with a comprehensive benefits package and career development opportunities within a global logistics

Looking to take the next step in your operational leadership career? Are you a Transport or Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, FLM, or Operations Supervisor looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy solving problems, analysing performance, and coordinating activity across a fast-paced operation?

Here, at GXO, we're seeking a Transport Supervisor to join our Clicklink Network Team based in Northampton with travel to cover Swadlincote and other national depots. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong operational leadership experience who enjoys problem-solving, analysing performance, and working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Whilst transport experience would be beneficial, it isn't essential. We're keen to hear from candidates with supervisory warehousing or operational backgrounds who are looking to broaden their experience, as we'll provide support to develop the transport-specific knowledge needed to succeed in the role.

This is a full-time, permanent role working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, with 12-hour shifts. Flexibility is required to support the needs of the operation.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £33,000.00 per annum, and 26.5 days annual leave (including bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:

• Monitoring network performance and supporting sites to achieve customer service and operational target

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience in a supervisory, team leader, FLM, or operational leadership role is essential
• A background in warehousing, logistics, transport, distribution, or another fast-paced operational environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and working with performance data
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn.
