Here, at GXO, we're seeking a Transport Supervisor to join our Clicklink Network Team based in Northampton with travel to cover Swadlincote and other national depots. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong operational leadership experience who enjoys problem-solving, analysing performance, and working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Whilst transport experience would be beneficial, it isn't essential. We're keen to hear from candidates with supervisory warehousing or operational backgrounds who are looking to broaden their experience, as we'll provide support to develop the transport-specific knowledge needed to succeed in the role.
This is a full-time, permanent role working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, with 12-hour shifts. Flexibility is required to support the needs of the operation.
We're looking to offer a salary of up to £33,000.00 per annum, and 26.5 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
