GXO is seeking a Transport Team Leader for our Swindon site. You will lead a team of drivers and support staff, ensuring efficient planning and smooth operation of the transport function during a night shift.

You will need experience in complex transport, strong communication, and leadership by example to deliver KPI targets and drive continuous improvement within the operation. This permanent, full-time role offers a 5-from-7 shift pattern, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the transport team to deliver operational performance.

• Support the Transport Shift Manager to meet KPIs.
