Working rotas will be agreed in advance with reasonable notice to help you plan accordingly. You will also be able to work from home on the Saturday and Sunday.

Pay, benefits and more:

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £37,500 per annum, including a weekend shift premium. The role also offers a company car allowance of £425 per calendar month. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Work as part of the management team ensuring that existing work practices and standards of service are maintained over the course of the weekend operation, also ensuring a robust and clear handover process is delivered between weekday and weekend operational teams.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of people management associated with delivery crews in the specified regions, to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Daily problem-solving responsibilities to cover VOR vehicles or colleague absence at all stores across the weekend to minimise the operational impact and recover as many of the scheduled deliveries as possible.
