We are seeking a Regional Support Manager to oversee care homes within the North West, including Leeds and Sheffield. The role involves supporting home operations, ensuring quality standards, and managing regional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support homes to achieve at least a 'good' CQC rating, championing quality care.
• Work closely with regional and home management teams to implement improvement plans.
• Support operational management, including managing vacancies and supporting new managers.
• Assist in staff recruitment, induction, supervision, and training.
• Promote effective communication and uphold company values.
• Manage HR issues, performance, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure resident needs are met, involving them in decision-making where possible.
• Support building maintenance and safety compliance, including health and safety legislation.
• Ensure mandatory training and up-to-date records for staff.

This role requires travel within the region, supporting operational and quality standards, and deputising for the Regional Manager when needed.

All positions require an Enhanced DBS check for children and adults.
