Qualifications

• CPC qualification required with refresher training within the last 5 years.
• Full UK driving licence and knowledge of UK transport legislation.
• Proven experience as Transport Manager or similar fleet role with operator licensing expertise.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, performance and continuous improvement of transport operation.
• Ensure compliance with operator licence requirements and transport legislation.
• Maintain fleet safety, roadworthiness and regulatory testing schedules.
• Manage drivers, plan routes and respond to customer transport queries.
• Drive efficiency, service excellence and cost control.
