Job summary

Total Compliance is hiring a Transport Compliance Manager to support operators across the South West and wider UK. You will assume external transport management duties, deliver CPC/Driver CPC, FORS and ADR training, and help clients stay compliant with UK transport legislation.

You will train drivers and transport managers, adapt delivery to learners, and log activities in the CRM/ERP system. A CPC qualification is required, with training credentials and SAP experience desirable.

Qualifications

• CPC Transport Manager qualification (HGV/PSV) is required.
• A recognised training qualification (PTLLS/Level 3 or equivalent) is desirable.
• IT literacy and CRM/ERP use, with SAP Business One experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as named Transport Manager on operator licences for clients and ensure compliance with undertakings.
• Monitor drivers’ hours, working time and tachograph data; escalate non‑compliance as needed.
• Oversee maintenance compliance; ensure inspections and defect reporting meet DVSA standards.
• Provide guidance on DVSA standards and Traffic Commissioner expectations.
• Carry out audits and produce reports using company templates.
• Log all activity in SAP Business One.
