Job Title: Transport Manager
Location: Lancaster
Salary: £40,000 - 55,000 + Benefits

Duties:

1. Lead daily haulage operations, ensuring compliance with legal, industry, and health & safety standards.
2. Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including drivers and transport office staff.
3. Maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring service quality and proactive communication.
4. Manage P&L, aligning resource planning with operational and financial goals.
5. Lead and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.
6. Ensure compliance with DVSA guidelines, O-Licence conditions, tachograph rules, and working time regulations.
