Your Role

Based in Daventry Dirft, we are seeking a dedicated Transport Manager to lead an efficient, compliant, and high-performing transport operation.

What You Will Do

• Report to the General Manager and take ownership of the transport operation.
• Lead a team of Transport Supervisors, Clerks, and Drivers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop your team through coaching, training, and feedback, ensuring they feel valued and empowered.
• Promote health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with all legal standards and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring high service levels.
• Collaborate with warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth operations from end to end.

This role is based on a Monday to Friday schedule from 08:30 to 17:30.
