DHL Supply Chain in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Transport Manager to establish and lead a new transport operation. You will shape processes, build a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional service standards from the outset while ensuring a safe, compliant and efficient transport function that supports customer expectations and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Be a 21st Century Manager leading and managing a Transport Team.
• Manage and review Transport KPI's, to identify KPI's, Fleet Utilisation, PvA Hours and POA and support any improvements.
• Foster an environment that promotes sharing of ideas and best practice to the benefit of the network.
• Promote a positive transport/network culture, supporting EOS initiatives.
• Be accountable for driver and fleet compliance in line with legal and DHL standards.
