You will shape processes, build a high-performing team and drive KPI-led performance, fleet utilisation and continuous improvement while aligning with customer expectations and business growth. This role requires strong leadership and excellent communication to foster a positive transport culture.

Subject to a successful new business win, we are seeking an experienced and driven Transport Manager to play a key role in establishing and leading a new transport operation. This is an exciting opportunity to shape processes, build a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional service standards from the outset, ensuring a safe, compliant and efficient transport function that supports both customer expectations and business growth. We're looking for someone to;

• Be a 21st Century Manager leading and managing a Transport Team
• Manage and review Transport KPI's,to identify KPL's, Fleet Utilisation, PvA Hours and POA and support any improvements
• Foster an environment that promotes sharing of ideas and best practice to the benefit of the network
• Promote a positive transport/network culture, supporting EOS initiatives
