Job summary

Speedy is seeking a Transport Coordinator to organise and coordinate all transport activities at the depot. You will support the Depot Manager, arrange deliveries and collections, fuel scheduling, and external haulage bookings while leading staff training and fleet upkeep.

The role requires experience in fast-paced transport/logistics, strong communication and organisational skills, and a full driving licence. Speedy offers a range of benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fast paced administrative experience in transport/logistics.
• Ability to take ownership and resolve issues quickly.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Full driving licence.
• Ability to support ESG initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organise all transport activities within the depot.
• Schedule fuel usage and book external haulage as needed.
• Arrange purchase orders for haulage and manage staff training.
• Maintain vehicle knowledge and oversee upkeep of fleet.
