Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers is recruiting a Knowledge Transfer Manager to support transport infrastructure innovation programmes in the UK. The role is an 18-month fixed-term contract, 37.5 hours per week, focusing on delivering innovative infrastructure solutions with government and industry stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a degree with proven project leadership, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a proactive, self-motivated approach within an innovation ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Proven experience leading projects or programmes.
• Experience working within an innovation ecosystem and government policy awareness.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to design and deliver programme-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the delivery of transport innovation programmes and projects.
• Build and manage relationships with senior industry, government and business stakeholders.
• Support the development and scaling of zero-emission transport solutions across road, maritime and aviation.
• Lead working groups, stakeholder sessions and programme activities.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration, business development and innovation.
• Produce presentations, reports, meeting minutes and other technical documentation.
• Monitor programme outcomes, budgets and impact.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant government policies and transport innovation strategies.
