3. Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements of the operation.
4. Engage directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Previous experience leading a large-scale Transport Operation is essential; experience within the Drinks Logistics Industry is preferred.
• Experience working with Trade Unions.
• 5+ years of general management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Based in Staffordshire or within a reasonable commuting distance, as on-site presence is required.
• Customer-facing experience is desirable.
