An opportunity has become available to join the team as a General Manager at RAF Lossiemouth (IV31 6NG) on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is responsible for the delivery of catering, retail, waste and cleaning services.

The role is predominantly Mon-Fri, with occasional weekend work required to meet the needs of the business.

**Security clearance and a full UK driving licence are essential. To be considered for this position, you must have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years.**

Key responsibilities:

  • All aspects of the business area commercial and financial performance
  • Executing operational delivery to agreed plans company standards
  • Delivering an exceptional service to our client and customers and positioning Aramark as a strategic partner
  • Identifying and executing ideas and projects to improve the client, customer and team experience
  • Managing and leading multi-site teams to achieve great results
  • Delivering contractual requirements and ensuring adherence to the company’s contractual responsibilities and internal quality procedures including all safety requirements, management reporting, development, budget, forecasting and financial control

Key requirements:

  • Experience operating as a General Manager in a retail, leisure, contract catering or hospitality business
  • Previous MOD contract experience would be beneficial (not essential)
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to manage cross functional relationships in a matrix environment
  • A strong people manager, able to lead a team and manage cross functional relationships
  • Experience managing a P&L
  • A strong commercial background
