Job summary

911 Staffing Ltd is recruiting a Transport / Fleet Administrator to support the H&S / Compliance Department with general administration in Swindon. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with potential flexible hours and a 4–5 month temporary contract with a view to permanency.

The role involves incident data collection, depot meter readings, job opening/closing for vehicle hires, toll management, reporting, and basic insurance tasks as learning progresses.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative capability and accuracy.
• Experience in transport/fleet admin is beneficial but training is provided.
• Good Microsoft Office skills and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Answer incident calls and complete first notification claim forms with details and photos.
• Obtain monthly meter readings from depots and manage records.
• Open/close jobs for vehicle hires and liaise with depots and workshops.
• Manage tolls by adding/removing vehicles and compile weekly depot stats.
• Perform GOV Road Haulage Surveys and driving licence checks.
• Distribute Penalty Charge Notices and manage uniform stock.
• Take weekly timesheets to Payroll and handle internal mail.
