Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Bristol is recruiting a Transport Driver Trainer to deliver induction and ongoing training for drivers and associated staff. The role involves CPC delivery, DPRA administration, and enforcing safety and compliance across the driver base.

We seek candidates with 2+ years of C+E driving experience, strong organisational and analytical skills, and the ability to follow new procedures. The position offers full-time hours with a start time between 4 and 6 am.

Qualifications

• 2+ years C&E driving experience required.
• Operational and transport experience required.
• Excellent organisational skills required.
• Ability to follow new procedures.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivation and planning skills.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Induction for new drivers (5 day induction); assist with inductions for other staff.
• Conduct manual handling training including media.
• Deliver CPC training; organise CPC modules and document training on DHL portal.
• Manage DPRA reviews and updates.
• Review driver hours infringements and retrain drivers as needed.
• Perform yard/gatehouse exit checks (10% sampling).
• Provide Microlise training and coaching to bottom five drivers.
• Conduct mystery shopper activities (minimum 5 per month) and safety conversations.
