DHL Supply Chain is recruiting a Transport Driver Trainer in Bristol to lead inductions, CPC training, and safety programs for new and existing drivers. The role focuses on compliance with driver hours regulations, DPRA updates, and Microlise performance reviews.

The successful candidate will deliver structured training, support operational drivers, and help maintain high standards in a fast-paced logistics environment. Monday–Friday and full-time hours apply.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years C+E driving experience.
• Operational & Transport experience.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to follow work procedures.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivation and planning skills.
• Computer literate.

Aufgaben

• Introduction, performing 5 day driver induction for all new starters, assisting with inductions for other colleagues.
• Manual handling training including that of media.
• EPT Training.
• DHL Training, uploading training documents to DHL training website and housekeeping duties.
• CPC, organising and booking CPC periodic training, delivering CPC modules and generating revenue where applicable.
• DPRA, responsible for reviewing, creating and amending all DPRA's.
• Tacho infringements, reviewing and retraining drivers hours infringements.
• Gatehouse & yard audits, performing 10% yard/gatehouse exit vehicle and driver checks.
• Microlise training and admin, targeting bottom five drivers and weekly improvement conversations.
• Mystery shopper, perform a minimum of 5 per month.

Pay Rate: £43,569.05 + £1,040 Job responsibility premium Grade: O Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday - Friday, 48 hours per week, start time between 4 and 6 am. A typical day may involve

• Introduction, performing 5 day driver induction for all new starters, assisting with when required performing inductions for other colleagues i.e transport admin
• Manual handling training including that of media
• EPT Training
• DHL Training, uploading all the necessary training documents to DHL training website, performing regular housekeeping duties i.e removing drivers that have left the business
• CPC, organising and booking of drivers CPC periodic training, delivering CPC modules and generating revenue where applicable
• DPRA , responsible for reviewing, creating and amending all DPRA's
• Tacho infringements, reviewing and retraining drivers with regards to drivers hours infringements
• Gatehouse & yard audits, responsible for performing 10% yard/gatehouse exit vehicle and driver checks
• Microlise training and admin, targeting bottom five drivers and performing weekly conversations to action improvement areas.
• Mystery shopper, perform a minimum of 5 per month. Safety conversations.
