Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Manchester is seeking a Shift Transport Manager to lead our daily transport operations and drive excellence across the network.

You will oversee a dynamic team, implement efficient transport strategies, and ensure safety and compliance. This role requires proactive leadership and hands-on involvement to deliver top performance in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• CPC Qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Team Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best
• Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Your analytical skills will help us deliver excellence every day!

• Can lead from the front, winning hearts and minds and providing coaching and mentorship
• CPC Qualification is desirable but not essential
• Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
