Job summary

Red Bull Technology Group is seeking a diligent driver to promote the brand through safe and timely deliveries and collections across our supplier and internal networks. You will be responsible for daily vehicle checks, compliant driving, and maintaining vehicle presentation.

The role includes airport transport duties and flexibility for travel as needed. Ideal candidates hold a valid UK licence, with knowledge of UK road networks and experience in multi-drop deliveries.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK driver licence (category B).
• Geographical knowledge of the UK road network.
• Experience in multi drop deliveries.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• To complete daily walk round vehicle checks accurately and follow correct defect reporting process.
• Operate the vehicle in a safe, legal and economical manner at all times.
• Ensure that the vehicle is well maintained and well presented at all times.
• Maintain the security of goods and the vehicle at all times.
• To safely deliver and collect goods from our network of suppliers.
• Provide an airport transport service to both internal and external customers.

Skills

Purpose

To promote the Red Bull Technology brand through a professional and courteous manner towards other road users whilst delivering and collecting from our network of suppliers and internal customers. To be legally compliant under domestic and EU drivers’ hours regulations and ensure vehicles are well presented and roadworthy at all times.

Accountabilities

• To complete daily walk round vehicle checks accurately and follow correct defect reporting process.
• Operate the vehicle in a safe, legal and economical manner at all times.
• Ensure that the vehicle is well maintained and well presented at all times.
• Maintain the security of goods and the vehicle at all times.
• To safely deliver and collect goods from our network of suppliers.
• To provide an airport transport service to both internal and external customers.
• Report any delays to the Transport office.
• Ensure that the Highway Code and traffic laws specific to the country to which you are driving are obeyed at all times.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure vehicles are not overloaded and all loads are secured correctly.
• Assist with the packing and despatch of courier parcels.
• To provide a vehicle valeting service as required.
• Ensure that company issued clothing is worn and kept clean and tidy at all times when on company business.
• Undertake European travel when required.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.

Additional Accountabilities

• Monitor and maintain a clean and tidy working environment, working within the groups COSHH guidelines and ensuring that all relevant Health and Safety requirements are met.
• Ensure that companywide policies and procedures are adhered to wherever and whenever appropriate.
• Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role, and any specific requirements of your line and departmental management.
• To work in a professional manner at all times regardless of the task set and be pro‑active in promoting a positive image for the department / team / sponsors.
• To report any pending traffic offences to the Transport Manager.
• To ensure that the driver licence is valid with any changes reported immediately to the Transport Manager.
• To ensure that any medical conditions that may reduce and/or impair your ability to drive are reported immediately to the Transport Manager
• To ensure the correct vehicle category is held for the type of vehicle being driven.

Essential Competencies

• Hold a valid UK driver licence (category B)
