About the Role

Our stores are stocked with thousands of products, from clothes and household items to tinned foods and frozen goods. Our warehouse teams ensure these products are available on shelves for our customers. Our team of HGV Drivers deliver goods to stores on time and in perfect condition.

As a Transport Department Manager, you will oversee all aspects of your team of drivers, including performance management, training, Tacho analysis, and vehicle checks upon return to the depot.

This role offers an opportunity to develop in logistics. We will work with you on your shifts, which will include late and weekend work.

About You

Experience in a similar distribution operation and a proven track record of achieving results are essential. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable, and committed to quality and process adherence.

You are naturally friendly, proactive, and a strong leader—coaching, mentoring, motivating, and working cross-functionally to drive performance and communicate effectively at all levels.
