WR Logistics is seeking a Transport Customer Account Manager in the Aston, Birmingham area. You will also spend 2 days in Tamworth, handling daily transport coordination and delivering outstanding customer service.

The role focuses on being the main point of contact for customers, coordinating transport requirements, and working with planning teams to resolve issues while maintaining high service levels.

• Ability to coordinate daily transport requirements and resolve operational issues.

Mansioni

• Manage daily customer transport volumes and ensure requirements are planned and communicated.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries and service updates.
• Liaise with transport operations and planning teams to resolve challenges and maintain service levels.
• Monitor transport movements and proactively inform customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate transport records and produce reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth operations.
