Job summary

Nelson Recruitment Services in Tamworth is seeking a dynamic Facilities Coordinator to oversee the maintenance, management and operational efficiency of our client's facilities, including fleet admin tasks and utilities coordination.

The role focuses on managing daily facility operations, coordinating maintenance teams and contractors, and ensuring safety standards are met while supporting fleet communications and supplier liaison.

• Proven management experience in facilities or maintenance supervision with strong leadership skills.
• Solid project management abilities with a track record of successfully completing facility-related initiatives.
• Experience supervising teams or contractors in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams and contractors to execute projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards
• Responsible for Fleet post and emails
• Contacting waste suppliers / point of contact for suppliers and drivers

Nelson Recruitment Services are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Facilities Coordinator for one of our clients in the Tamworth area.

Your duties will be to oversee the maintenance, management, and operational efficiency of the facilities including fleet admin tasks and utilities coordination.

Location: Tamworth, B79 7UL

Salary: Up to £29k

Hours: Monday-Friday : 8:30am - 4:30pm
