Job summary

Sunblink Ltd-Grn, based in Moira, Northern Ireland, is looking for a Transport Coordinator to oversee daily schedules and routing for drivers and trailers, ensuring efficient transport operations and high levels of customer service.

You will coordinate transport across Ireland, handle fluctuating orders, and help maintain compliance with legal and environmental policies in a busy, supportive, family-run environment. Monday to Friday, 11am–8pm, with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport or logistics planning is required.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Do you have previous Scheduling or Planning experience? Perhaps you're currently in a Transport/Logistics Coordinator role and are looking to further your skillset in the industry?

As a Transport Coordinator, you will be working within a close-knit team and will have the opportunity to be part of a highly efficient transport operation that focuses on exceeding their customer's expectations and giving the highest levels of customer service.

Ideally, you will have previous experience of organising transport or distribution across Ireland, possess great organisational skills and enjoy working within a fast paced environment. The Role:

• Oversee daily work schedule and routing for drivers & trailers
• Accommodate additional customer orders efficiently daily
• Ensure operations are carried out in accordance with legal, environmental and company policies
• Deal with any issues that arise, and problem solve effectively
• Monday to Friday (No weekends!)
• 11am - 8pm

You will need:

• Previous Transport/Logistics/Planning experience
• Excellent customer service skills to deal with customers, drivers and third parties.
• Willingness to progress your career
• Excellent communicator and can work in a fast-paced environment
