dnata is seeking a Transport Manager (Compliance) to lead a culture of safety, compliance and accountability across our UK transport operation. You’ll ensure policies and procedures meet Operator Licence requirements and stay audit-ready, empowering teams to operate within the law and company standards.

Qualifikationen

• CPC certification and authorization to act on Operator Licence responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of transport legislation and Operator Licence requirements.
• Experience in fleet operations within regulated or safety-critical environments, including working time directive.
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Own fleet compliance and utilisation, ensuring vehicles are maintained, documented and audit-ready.
• Drive performance by reviewing transport plans, KPIs and SLAs, implementing corrective actions.
• Serve as a key contact for regulators, customers and airport authorities to ensure compliance with by-laws and transport regulations.
• Lead safety initiatives, investigations and promote proactive, safe-working practices across teams.
• Coach and support teams, setting high standards and fostering a collaborative management culture.
