DPD UK is seeking a Compliance Clerk to support our growing Transport operation team. In this role, you will assist with monitoring legal compliance for HGV drivers and ensure adherence to company policies.

Key responsibilities include investigating missing mileage, managing data entry, and ensuring driver compliance. Ideal candidates will be data-focused, self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with managing large amounts of data.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Previous knowledge of Transport Compliance is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Compliance Controllers in monitoring legal compliance.
• Investigate missing mileage to meet company targets.
• Complete audits of agency documentation.
• Manage data entry to ensure compliance.
• Provide reliable information to traffic teams.
