Job summary

DPD UK is seeking a Compliance Clerk to bolster the compliance team within the Transport operation. You will support the Compliance Controllers in monitoring legal compliance for department and agency drivers, ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining driver and vehicle records.

Ideal candidates are data-focused, highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment; training will be provided for Transport Compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Docs and handling large data sets.
• Self-motivated, analytical, data focused and highly organised.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support Compliance Controllers in monitoring legal compliance for department drivers.
• Investigate missing mileage to ensure targets are met.
• Audit agency documentation and ensure proper driver and vehicle records are maintained.
