Job summary

DPD UK is seeking an LGV Co-ordinator to join the Traffic office team, managing Transport drivers in line with legal and operational requirements. You will perform license checks, support compliance issues, and coach drivers to improve performance.

The role involves real-time data capture, agency liaison, and administration duties across the transport shift. A CPC holder with Class 1 license is preferred, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microlise and C3 Yard management systems desired.
• Holds a Class 1 License.
• Holds a Driver's CPC.
• Management of CPC would be preferred, however training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete license checks for employed and agency drivers.
• Act as point of contact for drivers on compliance issues.
• Coach drivers on issues and failures.
• Complete infringements with drivers and ensure data is captured in real time.
• Liaise with agencies on driver compliance failures.
• Conduct random gate checks and address issues.
• Complete accident forms and respond to driver queries.
• Handle Near Miss reports and Last Download reports.
• Oversee Vehicle Downloads and inductions for agency drivers.
• Administer Alcohol and eyesight tests when required.
• Support Microlise functionality issues and investigations.
