SpaMedica is seeking a Transport Co-Ordinator to enhance our patient care services. This role involves processing transport appointments, addressing patient queries, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources. Hours: 37.5 hours per week Mon Sat. 5 days in 6. Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, Sat 9 5:00. Any Saturday working will allow for a rota day off.

About you:
The main purpose of the Transport Co-ordinator role is to deliver a high level of service for our patients, so it is imperative that you have a strong customer service focus. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent data entry and accuracy skills, the ability to work well under pressure and excellent time management skills.
The Transport Co-ordinator will also forward plan to ensure the capacity of our appointment sessions are being fully utilized and clinic availability matches demand.
